Farewell to our friends...

Back at Clare's place in the charming little town of Yaxley in Peterborough, there was the period of time where Chris and Clare finished getting all their things together for their Mexican honeymoon and before we knew it, we were saying goodbye.

It was so great to be able to be there with Clare, to finally meet Chris and Jacob, and to be with them during this amazin time of their lives. It was bittersweet hugging them for the last time, knowing that it would be years before we get to see each other again but exciting that they were heading off on the first step of their married lives together.

Chris is a lovely man and a wonderful father and I couldn't be happier that Clare and he have found each other.

Well, little Jacob is an absolute cutie and he'll no doubt be walking and talking the next time we see him.

The house felt quite empty after they had gone, but it was lovely just to chill and hang out with the girls for a little while.

Becky and her boyfriend, Kyran, cooked a yummy dinner for us and we all just hung out for a bit.

I decided to get an early night in though, with a huge day, with a rediculous start time, scheduled for Monday.
